Series- Durant leads the series 3-1, Durant won 51-7 in 2008, 63-0 in 2009, and 48-14 in 2010. The Redskins win was in 1950 @ Capitol Hill 32-13. It was the first playoff game in Durant High school history. Last year’s game: Durant won 48-14 at Paul Laird Field in Durant
Capitol Hill’s last winning season was in 1989 and 1992 was the last time the Redskins have won more than two games. Webster started the season with 55 players out for football. Entering this week he had 22 players. Capitol Hill’s only win this year was 28-12 in week two against another struggling Oklahoma City school district school .US Grant. The Redskins have been outscored 343-28 in six 5A-2 losses this year. The top two teams in the district (Lawton Mac and Duncan) scored 67 and 76 points against Capitol Hill.

Besides playing for the post season, the Lions will be looking to get Diessner his 1,000 yards rushing. The junior needs 108 yards to achieve that goal. If the score mounts expected…expect the starters to be on the bench by the third quarter…
